Yes. Every Kuycon monitor connects to Mac over USB-C / Thunderbolt with a single cable that also charges your MacBook, and displays native Retina resolution on macOS, Windows and Linux.
What warranty do you offer in Europe?
All Kuycon monitors come with a 24-month warranty valid across the European Union, handled by our EU support team. Defective units are repaired or replaced at no cost during this period.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from our EU warehouse with delivery in 2 to 5 business days, taxes and duties included (DDP). You receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can I return my monitor?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return your monitor for a full refund, in line with EU consumer law. The item must be returned in its original, complete packaging.
Are taxes and customs included in the price?
Yes. Prices for EU customers are delivered duty paid (DDP): VAT and any customs charges are already included, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
