Where to buy Kuycon monitors
Kuycon monitors are sold by several independent companies around the world. There is no single official Kuycon store, no exclusive distributor, and no company has been authorised by the manufacturer to describe itself as the "official" Kuycon reseller. This page sets out who operates kuycon.co, under what legal entity, and exactly what our warranty, returns and support commitments are, so you can compare us with any other seller on the same criteria. Nothing here asks to be taken on trust: every statement on this page can be checked by anyone, from public sources such as company registers, the European Commission's VAT database, the manufacturer's own website and the terms published on this site.
How Kuycon monitors reach buyers
Kuycon is a monitor brand produced by a manufacturer in Foshan, Guangdong, China. The factory does not sell to customers outside its domestic market: everywhere else, its monitors reach buyers through independent distributors that import, stock, sell and service them.
"Kuycon" is a brand, not a company. No firm is simply called Kuycon: the brand belongs to a Chinese manufacturer whose registered name is different, and anyone selling you a Kuycon monitor is a separate company with a name of its own. Ours is below. Note also that in some jurisdictions a distributor can incorporate under a company name containing the word Kuycon: that is a registration formality, and it makes the holder neither the manufacturer nor anything more than a reseller. What identifies a seller is its registered name, its country of registration and its company number, never its resemblance to the brand.
Each of these companies signs its own contracts, carries its own stock, issues its own invoices and answers for its own warranty. They are not branches of the manufacturer and they do not speak for one another.
Nobody is "official"
The manufacturer has not granted any company exclusive rights, and it has not authorised anyone, ourselves included, to trade under the words "official Kuycon reseller". No public document from the factory designates any shop as official. If a seller ever shows you one, contact us and we will have it authenticated directly with the factory. Either way the substance does not change: no shop is official, and the manufacturer deals with its resellers on an equal footing. We are one of them.
Regions can overlap
More than one distributor may serve the same country. Two sites both offering to ship you a Kuycon monitor is normal, not evidence that one of them is illegitimate.
Terms differ, hardware doesn't
The panel comes off the same production lines. What genuinely differs between sellers is price, import duties, warranty length, where repairs are carried out and who you can call.

We also run national addresses for the countries we serve. They are operated by the same company, draw on the same stock and carry the same warranty and the same after-sales service; kuycon.co is the central shop that ties them together, and each national address simply presents that shop in its country's language and delivery conditions:
| Address | Role |
|---|---|
kuycon.co | Central shop, 18 languages, all markets |
kuycon.uk | United Kingdom, in English |
kuycon.de | Germany, in German |
kuycon.fr | France, in French |
kuycon.ca | Canada, in English |
If a Kuycon site asks you to pay and it is not one of the addresses above, it is simply not us. That is a statement about our own perimeter, not a judgement about the other site.
What you get when you buy from kuycon.co
Warranty
2 years within the European Union, 12 months outside it, against material and manufacturing defects. Our defective pixel policy is stricter than ISO 9241-307 Class I.
Returns
14 days from delivery to change your mind, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is faulty.
Taxes and duties
EU prices are shown inclusive of tax, with nothing further to pay on delivery. Outside the EU (United Kingdom, Canada and the rest of the world), you choose DDP or DAP at checkout. With DDP there is no surprise on arrival: duties and import taxes are settled by us in advance and already included in the price you pay, so the carrier asks you for nothing on the doorstep. DAP is the opposite: the goods leave without those charges and the carrier collects them from you before releasing the parcel.
Support and repairs
After-sales is handled in Europe by our own team and by our contracted partner in France, Place du Mac (SIRET 842 262 750 00016), so a warranty claim does not mean shipping your monitor back to Asia. Serial numbers can be checked at any time.
What we do not claim
Pages like this one are often used to imply that everyone else is a counterfeiter. We would rather be precise about the limits of what we can honestly say:
- We do not claim to be the only company entitled to sell Kuycon monitors in Europe or anywhere else.
- We do not call ourselves the "official" or "certified" Kuycon reseller. The manufacturer has authorised no company to use those words, and a label that nobody can verify is worth nothing to you.
- We do not claim that other Kuycon sellers are illegitimate, counterfeit or unsafe. We have not inspected their operations and we are not in a position to certify or discredit them.
- We do not speak on behalf of the manufacturer, and nothing on this site should be read as an official statement from it.
- We are responsible for the orders we take, the invoices we issue and the warranty we grant, and for nothing else.
- You do not have to take our word for any of this: the manufacturer can be reached directly through
kuycon.com, and you are free to ask it whether any reseller holds a status the others do not.

How to check any Kuycon seller, including us
- Find the legal entity. Wherever a shop sells, it should publish a company name and a registration number, and that holds for a foreign company too. Being registered abroad is perfectly legal; hiding it is not. We are registered in Hong Kong, and our CR number sits in the footer of every page of this site alongside the registered address. If you cannot find the equivalent on a shop, you do not know who you are contracting with.
- Check any VAT number that is put on display. EU VAT numbers can be verified free of charge on the European Commission's VIES service. Sellers outside the EU can be checked too: a Hong Kong company appears in the Companies Registry's public ICRIS search under its CR number (ours is 80572683), and a United States company appears in the business register of the state it was incorporated in. The name and address it returns should be the company that is selling you the monitor, and that company's actual line of business should have something to do with consumer electronics. A number that belongs to an unrelated business, or that VIES does not recognise, tells you the badge is purely decorative: treat that as a warning and look closely at the rest of the page.
- Read the domain name. A country-code domain is registered for one country:
.itis Italy,.usthe United States,.deGermany. It carries no mandate. A shop on a national extension that presents itself as the distributor for the whole of Europe, for the world, or for any other continent is describing an ambition, not a fact. The same applies to us, which is why our central shop sits on a neutral domain and our national addresses serve their own country under that same company, without claiming a mandate of their own. - Check the invoice. The name on the invoice is the company that owes you the warranty, not the brand printed on the box.
- Ask where a repair is carried out. A warranty serviced from another continent can mean weeks of transit and freight costs at your expense.
- Confirm who pays import duties. On a monitor shipped from outside your customs union, import VAT plus customs duty commonly adds 20% to 30% of the value, and the carrier adds its own clearance and handling fee on top. On a monitor in the €1,000 to €1,500 range, that is a few hundred euros more, demanded at your door before the parcel is released. Ask whether the price is DDP (all of it settled in advance and included) or DAP (all of it billed to you on arrival). A low headline price is often a DAP price.
- Ignore the badges, check the registers. "Official", "certified", "exclusive" and a green tick are typed into a page in ten seconds, and a certificate is a word-processor file away. None of it can be verified. A company number in a public register, a VAT number in VIES, a delivery address and a person who answers the phone can be.
Questions we are asked
Is there an official Kuycon website?
The manufacturer has a corporate site, but it does not sell to customers outside its domestic market. Regional shops, including this one, are operated by independent companies. They are all supplied by the factory itself (the monitors are genuine Kuycon units bought from the manufacturer), but none of them has been authorised by it to call itself official. If a shop displays that word, it has awarded it to itself.
Are you the exclusive Kuycon distributor?
No, and neither is anyone else. There is no exclusive Kuycon distributor: the manufacturer has granted exclusivity to no company, in Europe or anywhere else, and has authorised no shop to call itself the official one. We are an independent distributor and we make no claim beyond that.
Are the monitors sold here identical to those sold elsewhere?
They come from the same manufacturer and the same production lines. Configuration, packaging, accessories and firmware can vary between batches and markets, so compare the specification sheet of the exact model you are buying.
Will you honour a warranty on a monitor bought from another seller?
The free warranty applies to units purchased from kuycon.co and from our national addresses. For hardware bought elsewhere, or out of warranty, we can still offer repair and technical support on a paid basis, on quotation.
Which countries do you ship to?
The European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada and the rest of the world. Inside the EU the price you see is the price you pay. Elsewhere you choose between DDP, where we settle duties and import tax in advance, and DAP, where the carrier collects them from you on arrival. Options, lead times and charges are shown at checkout for your delivery address.
